HaproTravel strongly encourage employees to improve their knowledge of self, especially on foreign languages and speciality and from then, the new staffs can meet job requirements better.
For new recruited employees, before admission the candidates will be taking a training course for free to drill the professional skills, official culture ... associated with their job within next 3-4 weeks.
For officials and permanent employees, we based on actual need to improve the level of individuals and companies, the staff will be sent for training in specialized classes for business funding allocated by the Company.
Our requirement for candidates:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tourism and/or other related field
• Min 1-3 years experience in domestic, out/inbound tour guide and/or equivalent position in Vietnam and Southeast Asia
• Flexible organization, leadership abilities in managing, motivating and influencing individuals and groups toward a desired outcome within budget control
• Vietnamese with fluency in French, German and English required
• Excellent computer skills (Word, excel, outlook, internet, lan)
• Positive attitude, hard working, with the ability to work as part of a team.
