The southernmost temple is Angkor Wat, the largest religious structure in the world, a giant temple surrounded by a 570 ft wide moat. The west-facing temple comprises of three levels with the uppermost level originally being open to only the priests and king.

Day 1: Arrival Seam Reap - Angkor Thom (D)
Warmly welcome at Seam Reap airport. Meet and transfer to hotel for check in. In the afternoon you enjoy a tour to visit the antique capital of Angkor Thom (12th century), the South Gate with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of the Bayon Temple, unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara, the Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. Then you continue to view wonderful sunset from Phnom Bakheng Hills. Dinner and enjoy watching Khmer Folk of charming Apsara dance show at local restaurant. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 2: Angkor Wat - Departure (B/L)
In the morning you visit to the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor: Angkor Wat. The temple complex covers 81 hectares, which is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture. Lunch at local restaurant.
Afternoon you will visit the unique interior brick sculptures of Prasat Kravan, Srah Srang ("The Royal Baths" was once used for ritual bathing), Banteay Kdei (surrounded by 4 concentric walls),Ta Keo, constructed in the 10th - 11th century and Ta Prohm, one of the area’s most beautiful temples until transfer to airport for flight to next destination.
